Vorrei veramente essere nella testa dei dirigenti Wind.
Veramente.
Non riesco a capire la loro strategia. Proprio non ce la faccio.
Non mi sembra che abbiano questa penetrazione del mercato, questa massa critica tale da permettere loro di trattare a pesci in faccia i loro clienti, come stanno in effetti facendo in questi giorni.
La settimana scorsa mi sono molto arrabbiato per il cambio forzato di tariffa, sospettosamente a ridosso della rimozione dei costi di ricarica. Questo era già sufficiente per farmi migrare verso altri lidi.
Oggi scopro che la follia non ha fine: viene sospesa una promozione sugli SMS della quale francamente non mi importa un tubo (ma solidarizzo con chi intendeva usarla) ed è stato aggiunto un devastante scatto "alla risposta" di 30 centesimi per le connessioni dati.
Orbene, premettiamo che lo "scatto alla risposta" non ha più alcun significato tecnico/etico dai tempi della commutazione di circuito (e non mi riferisco ad ATM and the gang ma proprio ai circuiti con interruttori, impulsi e dischi combinatori), per me che come ben sapete son drogato di Gmail mobile (visto il sitino nuovo?), questa era una vera e propria killer application, unica in tutto il panorama delle telco italiane.
Insomma, a meno di un repentino dietrofront, mi trovo sempre più orientato verso Super 3.
Sembra proprio che Wind voglia sbarazzarsi dei sui clienti, o sia diventata una vampira succhiasoldi.
Mi sorge un dubbio...
Non è che finisce che Telecom se la comprano i messicani e Wind se la compra la SIAE?

Come ti capisco Carlo…..anche io sono molto incazzato con la wind, alla fine mi muoverò anche io verso altri lidi…tieni duro ragazzo…lo sapevi che smettere di fumare era duro no?! ( e la wind te lo stà rendendo molto più facile a quanto pare ).

Ciao a tutti, sono un ex cliente Wind, ex perchè da quando mi hanno comunicato il passaggio obbligato alla tariffa wind 12 ho subito provveduto ad esaurire il credito e passare il mio numero a 3. Ottimo operatore, ottima copertura anche grazie al roaming con TIM, ottima la tariffa super 3, come la Wind 10 ma con una consistente autoricarica. Passate a 3 e non temporeggiate, non illudetevi, Wind non farà nulla se non (spero) dichiarare fallimento. Sbrigatevi a passare a 3 e ad accaparrarvi la tariffa super 3

Anch’io ho smasso di fumare,ormai tanti anni fa,ma sono molto contenta… oltrettutto il cibo acquista sapore,scoprirai vermante il gusto dei cibi che mangi,è come risvegliarsi dal torpore. E poi,lasciatelo dire da un’infermiera,il fisico ne guadagna in salute….per cui “bravo”.
Per il discorso Wind- 3 siete sicuri che 3 sia da prendere al volo?
Ne ho sempre sentito parlare male…

Mi sto rendendo conto che il vero scoglio è più psicologico che biologico. Il desiderio compulsivo di fumare è durato pochi giorni, ora bisogna vincere l’abitudine piuttosto che la dipendenza. Credo che questa sia la volta buona. Sto mettendo a punto un sacco di espedienti per sostituire il gesto, che ovviamente raccoglierò nel mio volume “Tecniche Arcane per smettere di fumare”

Non credo che nessuna compagnia sia da prendere al volo. Io non ne ho sentito parlare particolarmente male, anzi. Le tariffe sono convenienti… come dire mi sembra la meno peggio. Se hai altre notizie condividile!!!

Io mi ritroverei a telefonare più a cellulari TIM, per cui per me la TIMClub sarebbe migliore della Super3.Sicuramente l’idea di lasciare Wind dopo queste porcate (rimodulazione dei piani tariffari, aumenti sul WAP, ecc) sono dell’idea di lasciare Wind.

Certo che si capisce Cristiano!
Se chiami principalmente TIM allora ti conviene passare a tim. Io non l’ho detto, ma ho un altro numero Tim, che uso comunque meno, proprio perché è l’unico operatore predominante nella mia rubrica.
Per tutti gli altri Wind era ideale e 3 mi sembra il più adatto a sostituirlo.
Il 15 era il tuo compleanno vero? Un po’ in ritardo ma tanti auguri!
