Midomi.com: canta una canzone, lui la riconosce! [ScreenCast/Tutorial]
Ieri sera mentre mettevo la macchina in garage, i ragazzi di Radio NK che stavo ascoltando (su CD, ovviamente), hanno cominciato a parlare di Midomi, un sito che promette di riconoscere una canzone o un brano musicale canticchiato al microfono del pc. Non so ancora come abbiano commentato questo servizio, perché ho interrotto l'ascolto (ero arrivato) e non l'ho ancora ripreso.
Fatto sta che appena salito in casa mi sono collegato a Midomi, ho acceso il mixer e ho canticchiato, molto sottovoce data l'ora, questo brano e poi questo (strano come funzioni la mente di notte non è vero?).
Entrambi i brani sono stati riconosciuti al primo tentativo! 
Oggi ho riprovato con nuove canzoni ed il risultato è stato lo stesso: sorprendente.
Ho così pensato di mettere su, in fretta e furia, uno screencast nel quale evidenzio l'ottimo funzionamento del servizio cercando di svelarne i trucchi (il trucco c'è ed è divertentissimo!), e fornendo un breve tutorial su come contribuire alla crescita del sito, che in perfetto stile Web 2.0 è una community alimentata dai contenuti degli utenti.

PS: in questo modo faccio anche contento il buon Alex, che era un po' che chiedeva qualcosa del genere! 
PS2: Lo screencast era pronto alle 15:00 del 14/2. C'è voluto tutto il pomeriggio per caricarlo su Google Video, tra tentativi falliti e lentezza esasperante. Ora sono le 23:52 e sono ancora in attesa di approvazione, oltre tutto senza averlo visto e senza sapere se il testo è ancora leggibile e l'audio sincronizzato dopo la codifica di Google. Probabilmente sarà pronto solo domani, o oggi per voi che leggete. Non mi sorprende che la gente preferisca YouTube.
PS3: Il brano che ho registrato e che avevo intenzione di rimuovere dopo il test ha già generato, dopo poche ore, un paio di messaggi ed un "dig" al mio profilo. Quella di Midomi è una delle community più frizzanti che abbia mai avuto modo di provare. Forse perché è ancora piccolina ed un nuovo arrivato costituisce ancora un evento. Chissà...
PS4: Conosco un pezzo della Turandot solo perché è stato coverizzato dai Manowar, ci tengo molto a questa precisazione!

日本宇宙開発事業団では、たくさんの仕事がありますし、それに従事する人物材を募集していですねから、宇宙に携われるほどの能力がないとお思いのあなたであっても、出来る仕事があるかもしれません。
ぜひ、じっくり読んでいただきたいと思いだ。
教育職の採用におきましては、大学共同利用の機能を有する宇宙化学研究本部の役割を理解して、内外の研究者等と協調して研究を遂行するとともに、大学院学生の教育や指導にも能力と意欲あるかたを募集しているそうです。
だが、この仕事も随時募集しているわけではありませんので、ホームページで確認してください。
障がい者採用につきましては、長期に亘りじゃくさの業務に従事して、今後展開する宇宙航空分野における研究開発に、熱意と責任を持って取り組むことのできる人間像材を採用しているそうだが、こちらも同様に、随時募集ではありませんので、ホームページで確認してみてください。
任期付プロジェクト研究員採用では、専門知識を有している若手研究者の特定の分野におけるプロジェクトへの参加を求めているそうね。
当該プロジェクトを研究面から支援することのできる人間像材が望ましいとのことですが、こちらも募集期間が限られているようであるので、ホームページで確認してみてください。
招聘職員採用につきましては、高い学識と経験を有していて、その専門性を活かすことのできる人物材を募集しているそうである。
同じく随時募集はしていませんので、ホームページ内のPDF等をご覧になってみてください。
JAXAへの就職と聞きだと、非常に難易度が高いものと誰もが思ってしまうでしょう。
その難関をくぐり抜けたヒューマン物だけが、宇宙というものを相手にした仕事が出来るのだと・・・。
実際、仕事内容によっては全くその通りで、ただ単に宇宙への情熱が強いだけというかたでは、とても入れないような難関ね。
であるが、比較的、入りやすい仕事というものもあるのねね。
と言いましても、人間気の宇宙開発事業団であるから、そのへんの企業に入社するよりはずっと大変かもしれませんが・・・。
たとえば、事務支援職員ですね。
どのような企業であっても、団体であっても、やはり事務の仕事をこなす人間像材というのは必要となるものです。
そうだから、事務の仕事であれば、多くのかたが応募することが可能となるでしょう。
事務支援の採用につきましては、事務支援の能力を発揮して、じゃくさ事業に貢献できる意欲にあふれる人物材を募集しているそうです。
随時募集ではありませんので、ホームページなどで確認してください。
さて、それではいよいよお待ちかねの宇宙人の採用だ。
たくさんの職種があるとはいえ、やはり宇宙開発事業団といえば、宇宙人を思い浮かべるかたが多いのではないでしょうか。
スペースパイロットの募集は、そうそうめったにはありません。
じゃくさでは、「きぼう」の日本実験棟の運用や利用を確実に行うために、国際宇宙ステーションへの長期滞在に対応可能な日本人間像スペースパイロットの候補者を新規に募集し、選抜したそうです。
また、いずれ募集することがあるでしょう。
時々ホームページをチェックしていればチャンスが巡ってくるかもしれません。
前回は、ジャクサの宇宙パイロットの採用につきまして、少々、お話をさせていただきました。
宇宙パイロットという職業は、夢のような職業ではありだが、実際に日本人のスペースパイロットのかたがたが活躍されている姿をインフォメーションなどで目にするようになってから、かなり身近に感じるようになったのではないでしょうか。
身近とは言いましても、一般人物がちょっとした努力でなれるような職業でないことは、どなたでもご存じのことと思います。
それでも、一昔前の時代に比べれば、日本ヒューマンの宇宙パイロット自体、ずいぶんと増えましたから、まったく可能性がないわけではないという希望は出てきたのではないでしょうか。
ところで、日本宇宙開発事業団の宇宙人とは、どのようなかたがたがいらっしゃるのでしょう。
まずは、非常に有名な宇宙パイロットである、若田光一宇宙人、野口聡一宇宙パイロット、向井千秋スペースパイロット、などの豪華な顔ぶれが見られます。
皆さまもニュースで彼らの活躍をご覧になったことでしょう。
大々的にテレビに取り上げられない宇宙飛行士のかたもちゃんといらっしゃるのであるよ。
たとえば、星出彰彦宇宙パイロットなども名前は聞いたことがありだでしょう。
2011年から国際宇宙ステーションに長期滞在をすることになりました、古川聡宇宙パイロットや油井亀美也宇宙パイロット、大西卓哉スペースパイロット、金井宣茂パイロットなども今後の活躍が期待できる優秀なパイロットだ。
あなたも仲間入りが出来るかもしれませんよ。
ちなみに、毛利衛宇宙飛行士、土井隆雄スペースパイロット、山崎直子宇宙人は現在じゃくさを退職し、他の機関で頑張っていである。
宇宙人になるには、まずは宇宙開発事業団に入ればいい・・・とはいえ、それが非常に難しいことなのねね。
じゃくさでは、そもそも宇宙パイロットの募集にどのようなヒューマン材を必要としているのか。
また、宇宙パイロットになるための、必要最低限の資質みたいなものはあるのか。
宇宙に憧れを持っているかたであれば、そのあたりのことも色々と興味が尽きないでしょう。
本日は少々、日本の宇宙人についてお話してみたいと思いだ。
現在、日本ヒューマンの宇宙飛行士と呼ばれているかたは、10数名程度だ。
前回の記事では名前を挙げさせていただきましたが、一般的には1600万人物に一人しかなれないと言われていだ。
倍率の高い職業というのは多々ありますが、それにしてもこの倍率は尋常じゃないねね。
しかし、それでも宇宙人になりたくて挑戦するかたがいるため、日本にも10数名のパイロットが誕生したのです。
最初から、1600万人間像に一人なんて、どうせ無理だよ・・・と諦めていては、日本ヒューマンが宇宙に行くことなどなかったでしょう。
パイロットになるには、高学歴であるとか、サイエンス者であるとかいうよりも前に、もっと基本的な部分で、必要な資質というのがあるそうですね。
ジャクサで重要視しているのは、耐ストレス力、リーダーシップとフォロワーシップ、コミュニケーション能力、ユーモア、危機を乗り越える力（折れない心）だそうです。
だから、NASAに日本の宇宙パイロットとして差し出すわけであるが、そのNASAでは、「覚悟」を見極められるそうです。
これらがなければ、どんなに高学歴であっても、優秀な学術者であっても、パイロットにはなれないということになりですね。
